Lemon Balm herb - Calming and relaxing, this delicious and well-loved herb is said to perk you up if tired and relax you if stressed, whichever is needed.

Mugwort herb - Traditionally used to create visionary states and vivid dreams...also known as cronewort, the herb of the visionary wise woman.

Yarrow herb - Achillea millefolium, the herb of Achilles the warrior, is said to offer spiritual protection and raise dreaming consciousness.
